Inferno chokes four to death in Vadapalani area

Chennai (Tamil Nadu) , May 8 (ANI): At least four people were killed and five others injured after a fire broke out in an apartment in Chennai's Vadapalani area last night.
As many as five fire tenders reached the spot to douse the flames.
Meanwhile, the rescued have been taken to Kilpauk government general hospital.
According to reports, the situation is now under control.
A case has been filed by Vadapalani police in regard to the matter, and an investigation is underway. (ANI)
