New Delhi [India] : It seems like Charli XCX is not feeling good at all.
The 'Boom Clap' hit-maker took to Twitter and announced that she has been forced to cancel two concerts in Japan because of the doctor's orders.
In a note posted, she wrote, "I have been seriously ill for the past couple of days with really bad tonsillitis and fever. I haven't been able to leave my hotel room at all."
Adding, "I passed out when going through security in Beijing and I've since had injections/been on antibiotics but nothing is making me better. I can't even explain to you how excited I was to be inJapan."
The singer also shared that she had extended her international trip "to work in the studio on a load of other projects."
She concluded by saying that doctor has advised her to take rest without doing any more damage to her voice and health.
The organisers, Summer Sonic also issued a statement on the website, which read, "Charli XCXhurriedly canceled the appearance due to doctor's orders."
Summer Sonic ensured all other acts will perform as planned.
In August 2015, Charli previously canceled the second leg of her joint U.S. tour with Bleachers unexpectedly due to "personal reasons."
